As you are aware, H-P acquired MPAQ (Houston, Texas) in January 2007. This location has been fully integrated into our original operations. Most recently, our Texas location has relocated to a new office/warehouse location. The Houston branch will continue to stock inventory for specific customers.

In September 2007, Hughes-Peters acquired LEEDS ELECTRONICS. Leeds consisted of five locations. Going forward, four of these locations will remain:

Mound, Minnesota
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Chicago, Illinois
Indianapolis, Indiana
*Columbus, Ohio location has been closed and rolled into our Dayton, Ohio office.

Hughes-Peters is currently working on the integration of these locations onto our operating system. Target completion date is set for April 2007.

With these acquisitions, Hughes-Peters currently has eight sales locations covering twelve states. We are very excited about 2008!
